Jonathan M. Williams, CFA, CFP is Vice President of Mighty Oak Strong America Investment Company, a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with offices in Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Jonathan is a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry with extensive experience in delivering personalized investment strategies and financial planning solutions for his clients and their families.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College, earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1996, and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder since 2001.   

Prior to joining MOSAIC, Jonathan served in various leadership roles with PNC’s Private Bank, including Regional Investment Director of Central PA and Market Leader of Arizona. As Central PA’s Investment Director, Jonathan supervised a team of investment advisors responsible for more than $1 billion of assets under management, chaired the region’s investment policy and compliance committees, and served as the region’s spokesperson and media contact for investment, economic, and financial market commentary.

As the Market Leader for Arizona, Jonathan led the region’s new client acquisition and client servicing and retention efforts. He recruited and led a team of financial professionals with expertise across investment management, wealth strategy, trust administration, private banking, and relationships strategy.

Jonathan has deep expertise in tactical and strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment manager due diligence. In his role as Chief Investment Officer at Harleysville National Bank and Trust Company, Jonathan was instrumental in modernizing the firm’s investment processes by building and then maintaining a set of volatility-based asset allocation profiles used to manage client portfolios, and also co-developed and managed tax efficient large cap equity separately managed accounts (SMAs).

In his role as Director of Research at AUA Capital Management, a family office, Jonathan maintained the firm’s weekly economic and market indicators which informed the firms tactical asset allocation decisions.
