Donald L DeMuth, president of MOSAIC and a registered investment advisor, with offices in Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

• Obtained his BA degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his MBA in investments from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
• Is licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor and a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania
• Is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPA’s.
• Holds the American Institute of CPA’s Personal Financial Specialist and the Accredited in Business Valuation for appraisal of non-publicly traded businesses, designations.
• Manages with his partner, Bill Kaufman, a consulting firm advising physicians and dentists on business and financial management.
• Has had faculty appointments to the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Franklin and Marshall College, and the Pennsylvania State University where he instructed Investments and Portfolio Management courses.

William R. Kaufman, a Registered Investment Advisor, CPA, and practicing attorney,

• Graduated magna cum laude from Lycoming College with a BA degree.
• Received his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law.
  Is the proprietor of William R. Kaufman, Attorney-at-Law, specializing in estate planning, health care, and business/corporation law.
• Is licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania.
• Belongs to the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPA’s.
• Holds membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
• Is a partner in Donald L. DeMuth Professional Management Consultants, a consulting firm advising physicians and dentists on business and financial management.

MOSAIC: WHO WE ARE NOT

• MOSAIC is not a Commissions only investment company. The investment industry has traditionally been structured to compensate investment advisors by commissions only products. The investment advisors are compensated by commissions, such as front-end loads, trailing commissions, back-end loads, surrender charges, referral fees, and soft dollar arrangements.
• MOSAIC is not a Fee-based (fees and commissions) investment company. Fee-based advisors often charge clients a percentage of the assets they have under management, but advisors may also receive a commission for the sale of investments or other products for their clients.
• MOSAIC does not sell insurance. We will help clients evaluate their risk and help determine the amount of insurance coverage appropriate for them and make recommendations regarding insurance companies, too. We will refer clients either to no-load (no commission) insurance organizations, insurance companies with which our knowledge and experience indicates that they have their clients’ best interests at heart, or to the client’s own insurance agent.
• MOSAIC does not employ salesmen.
